RankifySEO (“we”, “us”) is a WordPress plugin and related service for AI-driven SEO content, offered via rankifyseo.nl. RankifySEO is operated by Plan B Marketing. Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].

Payments appear on your statement as “Plan B Marketing”. Company registration number (UIC) and VAT ID are available on request via the e-mail address above.
1. What data do we process?
- Account and registration data: name, e-mail address and (encrypted) password when you create an account.
- License data: your license key, the URL of the website(s) on which you activate the plugin, your WordPress and plugin version, and your chosen plan.
- Token and usage data: how many tokens you consume, for which feature and when.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your payment status, billing details and transaction ID; your full card details are processed by Stripe only.
- Portal data: signing in to your account places a secured session cookie. Messages you send us via the portal or support channel are stored.
- Content and keywords: texts and keywords you submit through the plugin are sent to AI providers to generate the requested output.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser and error messages for security and troubleshooting.
2. Why do we use your data?
- To deliver the service: license verification, token administration, content generation (performance of the contract).
- Account management and sign-in (magic links, sessions, password resets).
- Payments, invoicing and statutory retention obligations.
- Support, security monitoring and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- Service e-mails such as welcome messages, purchase confirmations and important product notices.
3. Who do we share data with?
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Cloudflare — CDN, security and attack protection.
- AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and/or Google, depending on your plan and configuration) — process the content you generate. Content may be processed outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
- Hosting — the website and license server run on secured VPS infrastructure.
We never sell your data and do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment and invoice data is retained in line with fiscal retention requirements (7 years). Sign-in links are single-use and expire within 30 minutes. Security logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, single-use sign-in links, HttpOnly cookies, API keys that are never shared publicly, and rate limiting on public endpoints. AI provider keys are stored exclusively on our license server and are never distributed in the plugin.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. E-mail your request to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
