Terms and Conditions

RankifySEO is a plugin and platform for AI-assisted SEO: content generation, site analysis, rank monitoring and related features. The exact features depend on your chosen plan.

• A license is linked to your account and is valid for a maximum number of websites per plan (e.g. Starter 1 site, Pro 5 sites, Enterprise 100 sites).
• On activation we register your site URL. Deactivating the plugin on a site releases that site slot.
• You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials confidential.
• You can sign in to the customer portal via a single-use e-mail link, via your own WordPress admin, or with your license key.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed at rankifyseo.nl/pricing and are in euros.
• Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. Separate token top-ups are one-off purchases that never expire and stack on top of your plan.
• If payment fails, the license may be suspended after a reasonable payment reminder.
• Third-party AI and payment costs may require price changes; we announce changes at least 30 days in advance.

• Subscriptions run for the selected period and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via your account or by e-mail, effective at the next billing period.
• As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your first purchase. Because the service is delivered digitally immediately, this right lapses once you actually use the service with your explicit consent.
• We may suspend an account in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

• You may not use the service for unlawful content, spam, deception or infringement of third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering, circumventing token metering or sharing licenses beyond your allowed sites is prohibited.

Output from AI features is generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing content on your own website. We do not guarantee specific search results, rankings or citations in AI answers.

The plugin, the platform and all related materials remain our property. Content you generate with the service may be used freely on your own sites.

The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the damaging event, unless caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or ranking declines.

We may amend these terms; for material changes we inform you in advance by e-mail. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
